Payment Options

There are three (03) payments options conveniently designed to suit anybody’s pocket as initial deposit payments required to be made on signing the Installment House Sale Agreement (contract).

These options are here listed for convenient selection as follows:

  1. 30% Initial Deposit
  2. 20% Initial Deposit
  3. 10% Initial Deposit

(A) FOR 30% INITIAL DEPOSIT:

A member client makes an Initiation Deposit of 30% of the total cost of the project cost upon signing the Installment Sales agreement. Then, the construction of the house commences almost instantly.

(B) FOR 20% INITIAL DEPOSIT:

A member client makes an Initiation Deposit of 20% of the total cost of the project upon signing the Installment Sales agreement, then, the construction of the house commences in three (03) months’ time.

(C) FOR 10% INITIAL DEPOSIT:

A member client makes an Initiation Deposit of 10% of the total cost of the project upon signing the Installment Sales agreement, then, the construction of the house commences in six (06) months’ time.
