PREAMBLE:


MENDEZ ESTATES provides comprehensive financial and logistical support for all stages of housing development projects from start to finish for all its member clients across the country.

This comprehensive funding includes the purchasing of all building materials and payment of constructors to ensure completion of all housing developments at different stages of housing development which include:

 

  1. Construction of new houses
  2. Renovations of old houses
  3. Extensions to existing houses, and
  4. Finishing off unfinished housing structures

REQUIREMENTS:

All potential clients:

  1. Must have land with proof of land ownership
  2. Must be a Registered Member of MENDEZ ESTATES,
  3. Must complete the KYC form,

Then these requirements here below shall follow to finalize the contract:

 

  1. Submit architectural drawings of the house to be built (or we can help)
  2. Submit Bill of Quantities of the house to be built (we can help)
  3. Submit Valid building permit from local authorities
  4. Sign contract with MENDEZ ESTATES

MEMBERSHIP FEE:

  • A one-time membership fee of ZMW 2,500.00 is required on submitting the MEMBERSHIP FORM. If construction of your house does not commence within 90 days of deposit payment, the membership fee together with all other initial deposits made is fully refundable.

    NOTE: Only monthly RENTALS are payable through our Bank Account which is given only to fully registered member clients in their contracts.
