DUTIES OF EACH PARTY TO THE CONTRACT:

Duties of each party to the RENT TO OWN A HOUSE SALE AGREEMENT (contract) shall be as follows:

DUTIES OF MENDEZ ESTATES:

– To raise funds for house construction projects
– To manage funds for house construction projects
– To manage the house construction funding system
– To fund all house construction projects from start to finish
– To fund all house renovation/modification/expansion projects
– To pay all house construction service providers as payments fall due
– To manage technical service providers who include:
Architects, Land Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, & civil engineers.

DUTIES OF MEMBER CLIENTS:

– To hire or contract good bricklayers (This duty is optional & negotiable).
– To register the hired or contracted bricklayers to MENDEZ ESTATES
– To supervise bricklayers throughout the house construction period. (Negotiable)
– To pay rent every single month on due dates as per agreement/contract

MEMBERSHIP FEE:

  • A one-time membership fee of ZMW 2,500.00 is required on submitting the MEMBERSHIP FORM. If construction of your house does not commence within 90 days of deposit payment, the membership fee together with all other initial deposits made is fully refundable.
