Payment Options

There are three (03) Initial Deposit options to choose one (01) from as a requirement to be made on signing the Installment House Sale Agreement
(contract). 

These options are here listed for convenient selection as follows:

1. 30% Initial Deposit
2. 20% Initial Deposit
3. 10% Initial Deposit

FOR 30% INITIAL DEPOSIT:

A member client makes an Initiation Deposit of 30% of the total cost of the project cost upon signing the Installment Sales agreement. Then, the construction of the
house commences immediately.

FOR 20% INITIAL DEPOSIT:

A member client makes an Initiation Deposit of 20% of the total cost of the project upon signing the Installment Sales agreement, then, the construction of the house
commences in 30 days times.

FOR 10% INITIAL DEPOSIT:

A member client makes an Initiation Deposit of 10% of the total cost of the project upon signing the Installment Sales agreement, then, the construction of the house
commences in 30 days times.

Membership

MEMBERSHIP FEE:

  • A one-time membership fee of ZMW 2,500.00 is required on submitting the MEMBERSHIP FORM. If construction of your house does not commence within 90 days of deposit payment, the membership fee together with all other initial deposits made is fully refundable.

  • Request a receipt from Sales Office upon this payment.

    NOTE: Only monthly RENTALS are payable through our Bank Account which is given only to fully registered member clients in their contracts.
