WHO WE ARE: 

We are MENDEZ FERNANDEZ ESTATES LIMITED, a social housing
development and management company, incorporated in the year 2022 under the Companies Act (No. 10 of 2017) of the laws of the Republic of Zambia as a private
limited liability company, operating under the trading name MENDEZ ESTATES.

WHAT WE DO:

MENDEZ ESTATES managers a rent-to-own home financing program called
RENT TO OWN A HOUSE, the most affordable housing solution to communities
across the country.

Through this rent-to-own home financing program, MENDEZ ESTATES provides
an accessible path to homeownership, allowing buyers to purchase a house through their rental payments.

For MENDEZ ESTATES, these rent payments function as structured monthly
instalments toward the total purchase price, paid over an agreed-upon period.

WHY WE EXIST:
To provide the most affordable and people focused mode of purchasing houses by majority individuals and families alike so as to contribute to all efforts aimed at fighting societal poverty across the country.

This is because, we understand that poverty is not only hunger. Poverty is lack of shelter. And we believe, a country’s poverty begins at family level when a family,
which is the foundation of a country, does not own a home of its own to run home to for shelter, dignity, and stability.
