CREDIT INSURANCE POLICY:
All house purchase orders shall be covered by a Credit Insurance to protect both our clients and our business in the event of unforeseen circumstances impacting our financial transactions.
This coverage safeguards against risks such as no-payment from customers, insolvency, or default, ensuring that our clients’ interests are safeguarded and our business operations remain resilient. This insurance underscores our commitment to providing reliable and secure services to our valued clients.
PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE:
MENDEZ ESTATES guarantees completion of construction to agreed specifications within [12 months] of commencement. Delays exceeding [90 days] without just cause entitle the client to a full refund of deposits paid or a revised completion timeline. Construction quality disputes will be resolved through [Independent Arbitration Body].
REFUND POLICY FOR NONE DELIVERY:
If MENDEZ ESTATES fails to commence construction after receiving the required deposit, clients may terminate the contract and receive a full refund within [90 days] of written notice. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the client’s verified account.
PROFESSIONAL INDEMINITY:
This rent to own a house service shall be covered by professional indemnity insurance. This insurance coverage shall be in place at all times to protect both our clients and our business in the unlikely event of any claims arising from our professional services.
